▲ 氣炸鍋炮製椒鹽鮑魚做法簡單。
鮑魚的煮法有好多,原來用氣炸鍋都可以煮鮑魚!今集《靚太廚房》主持Ricca試用氣炸鍋來做氣炸椒鹽鮑魚,亦會分享洗鮑魚的秘訣,香脆可口大排檔的風味。
材料 (3-4人份量)
- 鮮鮑魚6隻
- 生粉2湯匙
- 椒鹽1茶匙
- 蒜蓉1湯匙
- 炸蒜1湯匙
- 蔥花適量
- 辣椒粒適量

做法
1. 先將鮑魚洗淨連殼蒸10分鐘再放入冰水浸泡,去殻及內臟。
2. 印乾水後,鮑魚面𠝹井字花但不要切斷,用椒鹽調味再沾上生粉然後噴油。
3. 鮑魚放入氣炸鍋 180度6分鐘。
